將嵌件（如木、鐵、塑料等架子）固定在具有一定溫度的模具內(nèi)，通過(guò)雙組份厚料混合的澆注機(jī)注料到模具內(nèi)，雙組份厚料混合發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)后，發(fā)泡固定成型，最終得到內(nèi)有嵌件的自結(jié)皮產(chǎn)品；

和木或鐵架的做法一樣，只是用尼龍做的底架來(lái)做支撐受力，中間省去了木板和鐵架；

Same techniques with using plywood or steel but change nylon (PA) as inner structure.
